Enbridge and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) have negotiated a 2011 Incentive Toll Settlement (2011 ITS) on an interim basis. The 2011 ITS was approved by the National Energy Board by a letter dated March 31, 2011. Currently effective tariffs and tolls.
