Enbridge Toledo conducted environmental and civil field survey work along the Line 79 Project route in 2011 and filed a regulatory application with the Michigan Public Service Commission in January 2012. In the coming months, Enbridge Toledo expects to complete surveys on any remaining tracts and to begin discussions with landowners regarding easement requirements. Assuming that all regulatory approvals and various permits are issued by the fall of 2012, construction of the new pipeline and related facilities would occur in late 2012 to meet the projected in-service date of early 2013.
