Capital Expenditures
The Company expects to spend approximately $49 million in 2008 in the Gas Pipelines segment for ongoing capital improvements, core maintenance capital projects and expansion, including the projects described above. In 2007, the Company spent $200 million on capital expenditures in the Gas Pipelines segment which is consistent with expectations.
