Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan, and Dividend Direct Deposit

Enbridge Inc. offers a Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan that enables shareholders to reinvest their cash dividends in Common Shares and to make additional cash payments for purchases at the market price. Effective with dividends payable on March 1, 2008, participants in the Plan will receive a two per cent discount on the purchase of common shares with reinvested dividends. The Company also offers Dividend Direct Deposit which enables shareholders to receive dividends by electronic fund transfer (EFTS) to the bank account of their choice in Canada. New York Stock Exchange Disclosure Differences

As a foreign private issuer, Enbridge Inc. is required to disclose any significant ways in which its corporate governance practices differ from those followed by U.S. companies under NYSE listing standards. The Company files annually with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a report known as the Annual Report on Form 40-F.
