EC7 – Procedures for local hiring and proportion of senior management hired from the local community at locations of significant operation.

Enbridge does not have a formal policy regarding hiring locally, but in practice most of the people we hire are, in fact, hired locally.

The proportion of senior management (director level and above) we have hired from the local community at locations of significant operation is:

Alberta – 86 per cent
Ontario – 94 per cent
Texas – 92 per cent

In all three locations, most of the individuals reflected in the percentages were originally hired for more junior roles.
