DULUTH, Minn., Oct. 31 – The next step in the process for the Line 3 Replacement Project begins in St. Paul on Nov. 1 with evidentiary hearings on the certificate of need and route permit, which will continue through Nov. 15th. The hearings follow public hearings held across the state before the administrative law judge and intervenors in the process.
As a result of the public hearing process, which entailed 16 meetings in eight communities around the state during September and October, Enbridge has gathered comments made by various individuals and organizations and posted them on its Line 3 Replacement Project website.
