Incentive Tolling Agreement
The 2005 ITS defines the methodology for calculating base tolls on the Enbridge mainline system for that five-year period. The terms have been reflected in a Principles of Settlement, which has been approved by both parties. The 2005 ITS is subject to approval by the National Energy Board (NEB).
