  • Enbridge received the Wisconsin Council of Safety 2003 Wisconsin Corporate Safety Award for a low lost time injury incidence rate.

  • Enbridge Pipelines Inc. received the following awards for its 1999 safety performance:
    • Alberta Gas and Oil Pipeline Operators Safety Committee (AGOPOSC) Occupational Health & Safety Award for achieving zero lost time injuries for category 3 companies.
    • CEPA Safety Awards for Lowest Total Injury Frequency Rate and Lowest Total Vehicle Incident Frequency Rate for category 2 companies.
  • Enbridge (U.S.) Inc. received the following safety awards:
    • State of Minnesota Governor's Occupational Safety and Health Award for achieving zero lost time incidents in 1999.
    • National Safety Council 1999 Perfect Record Award for operating 1,622,038 employee hours without a death or case involving days away from work.
    • Minnesota Safety Council 1999 Outstanding Achievement Award in Occupational Safety for working 1,622,038 hours without incurring a lost time injury or days away from work.
  • Enbridge Pipelines (North Dakota) Inc. received the American Petroleum Institute (API) No Lost Work Days and Best Safety Record awards for category I pipeline companies.

1999

  • Enbridge's Liquids Pipeline Transportation Division recorded zero lost time injuries.
  • Enbridge Pipelines Inc. received the CEPA 1998 Safety Award for achieving the lowest recordable injury frequency rate - category II.
  • Enbridge (U.S.) Inc. received the following awards for its 1998 safety performance:
    • Perfect Record Certificate from the National Safety Council for operating twenty-five insured, commercial motor vehicles over 200,000 miles without a reported motor vehicle incident.
    • Meritorious Achievement Award from the Minnesota Safety Council for no lost time injuries.
    • Commendation of Excellence safety award from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for no lost time.

1998

  • Enbridge Pipelines Inc. received the CEPA 1997 Safety Award for achieving the lowest injury frequency rate - category II.
