Community Outreach

Public and Aboriginal Consultation

A participant involvement program for this project has commenced to gather community and stakeholder input, answer questions, and build public awareness and understanding about the proposed project. Enbridge Athabasca will engage affected and interested parties on an ongoing basis through all phases of the Fort Hills Pipeline project, from planning and construction through to pipeline commissioning and operations.

Directly affected stakeholders and those First Nations and Métis communities in proximity to the proposed project area will receive detailed information by mail and through in-person contacts and meetings. Those adjacent to the proposed route will be kept informed by mail, but are welcome to contact Enbridge Athabasca to request a meeting, more information or provide feedback.
