Our online application form will guide you through the questions you need to answer in order for us to make a decision. To prepare in advance, please read the instructions before applying. When you are ready, please complete the application form.

Decisions are normally made within six weeks of receipt of a complete application, however, decisions on major funding requests may take longer.

Organizations receiving funding may be asked to provide a final report detailing the results and benefits achieved through the funded project, program or campaign.

General dividend information

Enbridge declares its dividends in Canadian dollars. Our current quarterly dividend per share is $0.9150, or $3.66 dividend per share on an annualized basis for 2024.

Dividend withholding taxes (non-Canadian residents)

Registered shareholders should confirm with Computershare Trust Company of Canada that they have submitted the NR301 and W9 forms. Tax treaties generally reduce the rate of Canadian withholding taxes on dividends to 15%.

If you hold your shares through a brokerage firm please contact them directly. Brokerage firms are required to submit these forms on your behalf, Enbridge has no further recourse.

Pipelines are the safest and most reliable way to transport oil and natural gas. A significant number of pipeline incidents occur as a direct result of non-pipeline company activities – where a third-party conducts work near the pipeline without prior notification to the pipeline operator. You have an important role to play to ensure safety. If you are planning to work near our pipelines, this Safety Checklist will assist you in ensuring your work is done safely:

  • Plan your activity
  • Go to the site and look for pipeline warning signs or pipeline marker posts
  • Contact Enbridge and obtain written consent
  • Make a locate request by clicking or calling the local One Call notification center at least three working days before the day on which the activity is to start
  • Be on site with your written consent during construction
  • Notify the company prior to backfilling

*IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY ENBRIDGE IF YOU COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE PIPE! A small scratch or dent in the pipe’s coating can impact long-term safety of the line and must be assessed by the pipeline company.

  • Planifiez vos travaux.
  • Allez sur le site et vérifiez la présence de panneaux d’avertissement ou de bornes de pipelines.
  • Contactez Enbridge afin d’obtenir une autorisation.
  • Faites une demande de localisation en cliquant ou en appelant votre centre d’appels à guichet unique au moins trois jours ouvrables avant la date prévue pour le début des travaux.
  • Soyez présent sur le chantier durant la construction en ayant votre autorisation écrite en main.
  • Avisez la compagnie avant le remblayage.
