Doing business with Enbridge: Supplier information

At Enbridge, our goal is to be a first-choice energy delivery company in North America and beyond—for customers, communities, employees and other key stakeholders.

Our suppliers are part of making that vision a reality, and we are committed to providing our suppliers with the appropriate tools and resources necessary to help us achieve that vision while demonstrating our core values of safety, integrity, inclusion and respect.

Enbridge is in the midst of a phased ERP (financial system) transformation beginning on April 5, 2021. This will have an impact on how suppliers transact with Enbridge in areas like purchasing and invoicing. To find out more about these impacts, please access the current suppliers page by clicking on the Current suppliers: Tools and resources tile located on this page.

REMINDER:  In order to ensure business continuity, suppliers must work with their IT Department or Email Service provider to add the domain @oraclecloud.com to their organization’s safelist. If you do not have an in-house IT department or use public email services, regularly check your Junk Email folder to make sure that important messages from Enbridge are not ending up in there. If an email from an Enbridge ID has ended up in your junk folder, follow the instructions specific to your email application (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) to move the email to your inbox and add the sender to your Safe Senders list. For more information on how to acknowledge a purchase order from Enbridge, please refer to our Purchase Order Acknowledge: Learning Guide found here.

Our employees and contractors demonstrate our values in support of our communities, the environment and each other and must adhere to our Statement on Business Conduct. We work with Suppliers who strive to be leaders in their industries; are willing to uphold our core values; adhere to our fundamental policies and procedures and our Supplier Code of Conduct; and share our commitment to the highest standard of business conduct. These codes of conduct outline the expected standard of behavior and ethics in our business endeavors, and are a condition of working for, and with, Enbridge and its affiliates.

At Enbridge, we are committed to our core values of safety, integrity, inclusion, and respect and supporting our communities, including the diverse expertise and talent within those communities. We work with suppliers that represent our communities and trust us to be a good member of those communities.

By attracting and retaining a diverse pool of qualified suppliers, strengthening diverse suppliers in proximity to where Enbridge conducts business, demonstrating allyship with supplier diversity councils, and reporting on the measures that matter, we will achieve our objective of creating and sustaining an inclusive and diverse supply chain.

Read our Supplier Diversity Policy.

Safety isn’t just a core value at Enbridge; it’s our way of life. As a company, we are committed to ensuring that everyone returns home safely at the end of each and every day, and that our assets are operated in a safe and reliable manner.
