Carbon Dioxide (CO₂)	A naturally occurring gas, also a byproduct of burning fossil fuels from fossil carbon deposits, such as oil, gas and coal, of burning biomass and of land use changes and other industrial processes and principal anthropogenic greenhouse gas. It is the reference gas against which other greenhouse gases are measured and therefore has a Global Warming Potential of 1 CO₂ equivalent.
Carbon Dioxide Equivalent (CO₂e)	A unit of measurement that converts various greenhouse gas emissions on an equivalent basis to carbon dioxide.

Scope 3	Accounts for other indirect GHG emissions from sources that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
