If requested, this information may be shared with our regulators. This is why we require the following information be completed prior to releasing Enbridge’s Emergency Response Action Plans. Note that some of the questions are optional. You are not under any obligation to provide the optional information in order to obtain access to the Emergency Response Action Plans. Your information will not be used for any business purpose beyond providing the information to our regulators if requested. At all times, those who are granted access to your personal information at Enbridge will operate in accordance with the Enbridge Privacy Policy and all applicable laws.
