Survey submissions must be from landowner/tenant or spouse. Only one entry per household is permitted.
An entry form must be completed and returned by April 30, 2017. To be eligible, entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM on the contest closing date.
There will be one (1) draw winner for the DSRL camera
To be entered into the draw to win a DSRL camera, the selected entrant must comply with all the rules. Failure to comply with the rules may result in being disqualified.
The decision of the contest judges is final.
This contest is subject to all Canadian and U.S. federal, provincial/state, and municipal laws.
All entries become the property of Enbridge Inc. or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Enbridge”). Enbridge accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged or destroyed entries. Enbridge may terminate or withdraw this contest at any time without prior notice.
By entering this contest, entrants agree that they will, if chosen as a winner, sign a standard form of declaration and release confirming compliance with these contest rules and releasing Enbridge, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, prize suppliers, and promotional agencies from any liability resulting from this contest.
In addition, the contest winner agrees to the use of his/her name, city of residence, and image in any publicity carried out by Enbridge, without compensation.
