1. Date of sweepstakes: Sweepstakes begin at 12:00:01am Central Time (“CT”) on Tuesday , June 3, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
2. ELIGIBILTY: Only one (1) entry per person/company/organization is permitted. Must be a resident of the United States to enter. Must be 18 years of age or older, including those entering on behalf of a company or organization. Must have received a Pipeline Safety and Emergency Information brochure in the mail or as a handout. Additional eligibility requirements may apply to each drawing prize as provided below. Enbridge employees and contractors, including their immediate family members (spouse, children, mother, father, sister, sister-in-law, brother, or brother-in-law) are not eligible to participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
1. Online at www.enbridge.com/usfeedback.
2. To be eligible, entries must be submitted online by 11:59 PM CT on Thursday, April 30, 2026
4. DRAWING/ODDS: On or about Friday, May 29, 2026 (“Drawing Date”), the winners will be selected in three random drawings from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone on or around the Drawing Date.
5. PRIZE: There will be:
1. One (1) $500 gift card awarded as general prize;
2. One (1) $500 gift card awarded to a company or individual involved in ground excavation work, including farmers; and
3. One (1) $800 grant awarded to a public emergency service provider or other governmental organization.
6. OTHER CONDITIONS: To win, the selected entrant must comply with these rules. Failure to comply with the rules may result in being disqualified.

2. All entries become the property of Enbridge (U.S.) Inc. or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Enbridge”). Enbridge accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged or destroyed entries. Enbridge may terminate or withdraw this contest at any time without prior notice.
3. Except where prohibited by law, the winners agree to sign a standard form of declaration and release confirming compliance with these rules and releasing Enbridge, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies from any and all liability resulting from this contest. In addition, the winners agree to the use of their name or their organizations name, city, and image in any publicity carried out by Enbridge, without compensation.
4. The prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA: By completing the entry form (online) and entering this contest, all entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Enbridge in accordance with Enbridge’s Privacy Statement.
