Enbridge Gas Distribution / Union Gas Amalgamation Effective January 1st 2019.

On Feb. 27, 2017, Enbridge Inc. and Spectra Energy Corp closed their merger transaction. This transaction has made Enbridge a global energy infrastructure leader, with roughly C$166 billion (US$126 billion) in enterprise value.

As a result of this combination, Enbridge now has the scale, financial flexibility and market access to be an energy leader in the gathering, processing and transportation of crude oil, liquids and natural gas across North America. Our assets are now more diversified and balanced between natural gas and crude oil, complemented by our rapidly growing renewable power generation business.

We want to assure our suppliers that we do not anticipate any immediate changes in your interaction with us. As we proceed with our integration, we are committed to keeping you informed of any changes.

• Continue to submit invoicing for Enbridge and Spectra Energy entities separately as per your contracts.
• Accounts payable processing timelines, contacts, billing methods, payment methods and addresses remain unchanged at this time.
