We are unable to comment on the short-term performance and fluctuations of the market generally, and of Enbridge Inc share prices in particular. There are many factors that can impact its day-to-day movements, including commodity prices, interest rates, global events, etc.

However, over the long term, a company’s share price should be driven by the attractiveness of its shareholder value proposition. In the case of Enbridge Inc., its low risk business model, superior growth outlook, and stable and growing dividend should appeal to many investors. This business model has been very successful historically and management believes that post-Spectra merger, this will continue to be the case.
