Information regarding the Canadian Exchange Offer was provided to Spectra Energy stockholders in the Spectra Energy F-4 Proxy Statement/Prospectus mid November 2016, and the Enbridge Share Purchase Agreement was available on the Enbridge Inc. website from that time, up until the closing date of February 27, 2017.

The last business day available to enter into the Enbridge Share Purchase Agreement prior to the closing date was February 24, 2017.
