2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Enbridge’s annual meeting of shareholders will be held virtually on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. MT.
Enbridge is using notice and access to deliver meeting materials for our 2026 annual meeting of shareholders to our registered shareholders and beneficial owners. This allows us to post our 2026 Management Information Circular, 2025 Annual Report and other related materials online instead of mailing the documents. Notice and access is a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective way to distribute materials because it reduces printing, paper and postage.
