Project scope
The Texas Eastern Line 31 Expansion Project is designed to minimize disturbances to landowners, communities, and the environment. The proposed scope includes:
- Loop approximately 10.2 miles of 36-inch diameter pipeline located in Madison County, Mississippi
- Installation of approximately 1.7 miles of 16-inch lateral in Madison County, Mississippi
- Installation of a compressor station located in Madison County, Mississippi
