Notice of Application
On Jan. 23, 2026, Texas Eastern filed an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for the proposed Texas Eastern Line 31 Expansion Project and was subsequently assigned FERC docket number CP26-75-000.
Notice of the Application was mailed to affected landowners and local, state, and federal governments and agencies involved in the projects. A copy of the publicly available portions of the application and supporting documents are on file at:

- Ridgeland Public Library, 397 US-51, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
