Cheyenne works at Enbridge’s Edmonton Terminal as a field operator in our Liquids Pipelines group. “The most important aspect of our job here is coming to work to do problem solving,” she says. Cheyenne’s manager Shirley has worked at Edmonton Terminal for 17 years, and is an inspiration for Cheyenne. “Having Shirley as a mentor and a boss, you see a different side of things. Just learning and watching her is really empowering,” says Cheyenne. Growing and developing as a team requires diversity of thought, experience and perspective, notes Shirley. “I would encourage other women to work at Enbridge. It’s definitely a supportive group,” she says.
