Enbridge’s female employees in the field gathered in Guelph, ON in June 2022 for the Women in Operations Conference to network and discuss the challenges and rewards involved with their chosen careers. “You definitely have to believe in yourself and you have to want it,” says Jennifer, a supervisor of utilization, process and governance with Enbridge Gas. “I remember that feeling—there was absolutely no doubt in my mind, 100% I could do this job.”
