Dennis, with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 139 in northern Wisconsin, testified in support of Enbridge at the June 4, 2024 U.S. Army Corps of Engineering public hearing on Enbridge’s Line 5 Wisconsin Segment Relocation Project in Ashland. “We have more than 1,100 members that live here in northern Wisconsin alone,” he says. “It would be wonderful for these guys to put this project together right in their own backyard.”
