‘More than prepared’ for tunnel project

Ryan, a representative of the Upper Peninsula Construction Council, has done plenty of research, and knows safety is thoroughly built into Enbridge’s Great Lakes Tunnel Project. “We live here for a reason. We want to protect things. And we know the tunnel is the safest way to get oil from north to south.” Trades and contractors, he adds, are “chomping at the bit to get started on this project . . . we know we’re more than prepared.”
