Highland Eagle VIP tours: Image No. 2

Fugro project manager Steve Williams talks to media aboard the Highland Eagle at Detroit on July 10, 2019. Fugro will be performing geotechnical work for Enbridge on the Highland Eagle in 2019; analysis of drilled rock samples will help to determine the characteristics of the tunnel boring machine (TBM), which will be custom designed to suit the geology of the Straits.
