Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your inquiry. Prior to the merger between Enbridge Inc. and Spectra Energy Inc., Enbridge Inc. and its affiliates held an asset base with approximately 50 percent in Canada and 50 percent in the United States. After completing the merger with Spectra, the base has slightly shifted resulting in a higher asset base in the United States.
