Enbridge and Spectra have recently entered into a merger agreement which closed on February 27th, 2017. The combined company is now the largest energy infrastructure company in North America with strategic business platforms that include an extensive network of crude oil, liquids and natural gas pipelines, regulated natural gas distribution utilities and renewable power generation.
