
We offer full-time paid work-integrated learning positions for students enrolled in co-op and internship programs through post-secondary institutions from various disciplines. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in your field of study and learn from a skilled collaborative team, while networking with other students and counting on the support of inclusive leadership.
We also support students in pursuing their degrees by offering scholarships at various schools. Check with your department or co-op program to learn more.
Disciplines we hire for co-op and internships:
Engineering
We hire civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical, petroleum, environmental, and computer engineers, just to list a few.
As an engineering co-op/intern student, you will contribute to addressing current challenges and developing future solutions to our energy industry through our four core businesses.
Each of these areas of business require different types of engineers who will work in positions related to maintenance and expansion projects, operations, pipeline integrity, solar, renewable, machine learning, low-carbon energy technologies—including hydrogen, renewable natural gas, and carbon capture and storage.
Timeline: This program ranges from four to 16 months with start dates in January, May and September. Recruitment starts in September or October.
Who you are: You need to be enrolled in and attending a post-secondary institution one semester prior to your work term and are required to return to your studies after your work term is completed.

Finance and Accounting
Our team of accounting professionals support the financial needs of our Gas Transmission and Midstream (GTM) business unit.
You will work as part of an innovative and collaborative team to develop the practical skills needed to build your future career. Examples of the work you will do include:
- Prepare journal entries as needed monthly
- Prepare schedules for month‐end and quarter‐end closing processes
- Prepare variance analysis for assigned accounts
- Prepare account reconciliations monthly
- Prepare financial statements as needed including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
- Create ad hoc reports and projects as requested
- Maintain appropriate SOX control documentation
- Work directly and indirectly with Advisors, Sr. Advisors and Managers
Timeline: This program is four months long. Recruitment starts in September for May placement.
Who you are: Our departments seek talented individuals pursuing an accounting degree and are entering their senior year.

Supply Chain Management
Our team of supply chain professionals is responsible for sourcing, procuring, handling, managing and transporting materials and finished goods to our construction and operations locations across North America.
As a member of Enbridge’s Supply Chain team, you'll have an opportunity to work with any of our major groups which include, category management, planning and governance, materials management and logistics, procurement, and sourcing.
We're looking for critical thinkers with a strategic mindset, effective communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
Timeline: The program ranges from three to six months with start dates in January, May and July. Recruitment is in September and February.
Who you are: You are enrolled in and attending post-secondary school, majoring in logistics or supply chain management; one semester prior to your work term.
