Kahua for Projects Supplier Training

Enbridge is excited to be using Kahua for project management.

Kahua is an integrated data management, project management and document management tool. It serves as a platform for project asset data and records allowing suppliers and Enbridge project teams to interact and collaborate seamlessly in the same environment to create, share, and manage project data and records across all projects.

If you require training, please reach out to your Enbridge contact to request a session to be scheduled. Below is a list of the training sessions available with a brief description of their content.

Kahua for Construction Contractors

Kahua for Construction Contractors information sessions will review the Kahua applications construction contractors will use regularly: File Manager, RFIs, Construction/Commissioning Submittals, Asset Manager, Forms, Submittals, Issues and Punch List.

Kahua for Commissioning Contractors

Kahua for Commissioning Contractors information sessions will review the Kahua applications commissioning contractors will use regularly: File Manager, RFIs, Construction/Commissioning Submittals, Asset Manager, Forms, Submittals, Issues, Punch List.

Kahua for Engineering Consultants information sessions will provide an overview of the Kahua apps engineering consultants will use regularly: File Manager, Design Review, Asset Manager, RFIs and Engineering/Procurement Submittals.

Kahua for Hosting a Design Review

Kahua for Hosting a Design Review workshops cover updates to the Design Review procedure and provide practice on leading a Design Review.

Kahua for Project Asset Data

Kahua for Project Asset Data workshops will discuss the importance of asset data, how it is managed in Kahua, and the workflows around it. Participants will practice using the Kahua apps that will enable them to collect and manage asset data earlier in the project lifecycle.

Kahua for Projects Inspectors

Kahua for Projects Inspectors is a hands-on session that focuses on the specific Kahua apps inspectors will use regularly: Forms, Issues, Punch Lists, Daily Reports, RFIs, Workflow Matrix and Submittals.
