Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that bring people together in the workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences. Joining an ERG helps our employees stay connected to colleagues, and helps to shape our culture of inclusion and belonging.

Allies are welcome and valued members of all Enbridge Employee Resource Groups.
