A customer-guided playbook

Our playbook is simple: add incremental egress where you need it, paced to your timelines, connected to the markets you value and delivered at competitive rates. By optimizing existing rights-of-way and integrating expansions into our North American system, we aim to deliver greater optionality, better scheduling flexibility and shorter paths to service—without compromising safety.

We’re advancing near-term, capital-efficient expansions that strengthen connectivity from the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin (WCSB), as well as the Bakken and Permian basins, to North America's largest refining hubs and export facilities.

Mainline Optimization Phase 1 (MLO1) is expected to add 150 kbpd on the Mainline, strengthening deliveries at Cushing and on to U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) markets;
Gray Oak Phase 2 is timed to support incremental Permian takeaway and deepen Gulf Coast integration;
An additional 2.5 million barrels of storage at the Enbridge Ingleside Energy Center will support a new fungible service offering and more efficient loading for your export volumes;
Mainline Optimization Phase 2 (MLO2) could leverage existing pipelines, including joint ventures, to provide an additional 250 kbpd of capacity.
