Important! Enbridge U.S. utility integration update: Invoicing processing, new invoicing instructions, supplier portal training updates

As the final stages of the transition of Questar Gas Company to Enbridge Gas approach, we want to highlight some important upcoming dates and activities.

Invoice processing pause: March 30, 2026, through April 13, 2026

  • During this period, no invoices will be processed.
  • Once the transition is complete, suppliers may resume submitting invoices to Enbridge Gas.
  • Invoice payments will not be made during this time.
