A: Suppliers using CORE should continue to follow their existing processes.

Suppliers using OpenInvoice should continue to use OpenInvoice and follow their existing processes.

Ariba Supplier Portal will be replaced with Enbridge Oracle Cloud Supplier Portal.

Suppliers of goods and services will need to register for the Enbridge Oracle Cloud Supplier Portal to transact with Enbridge.

The supplier portal is used to facilitate the following supply chain transactions:

• Purchase orders
• Sourcing
• Shipments
• Invoicing
• Payments
• Managing company contacts

By June 30, 2026, all suppliers with access to the Enbridge Oracle Supplier Portal for purchase orders and invoices are expected to be using the portal to acknowledge purchase orders and submit invoices (except invoices with holdback/retainage or invoices referencing a closed PO).

Suppliers providing recurring services such as gas, water, waste management, electricity, phone, internet, mobile, and data services will be asked to enroll with Avema to ensure invoices are processed promptly and accurately. Once enrolled, invoices will be automatically handled through our Oracle Cloud system, reducing delays and manual follow-ups.

A: Legacy PO#s will continue to have the same number, but new POs may be issued.

During conversion PO and Agreements will transform to Oracle Cloud formatting including:

• New pdf format for Purchase Orders and Agreements
• Amounts and quantities may change during conversion and are not reflective of the original agreed upon amounts or quantities
• Tax calculation will no longer be displayed and completed on POs

New POs and Agreements will fall under Enbridge’s SCM Policies and Procedures

New naming conventions and agreement types may be used (e.g. Blanket Purchase Agreement with Invoice Authorization, Blanket Purchase Agreement)

A: Existing contracts will be honored wherever the contract was either assigned to Enbridge or was issued by one of the legal entities that Enbridge purchased. If you are unsure if your contract falls under this category, please contact your Enbridge SCM contact.

The utilization of Enbridge Terms and Conditions will be transitioning over time from Dominion Energy to Enbridge.
